We built the agency we wish had existed when we were the client.
Advertising agencies got expensive for the wrong reasons. Layers of account people who never touch the work. Juniors who learn on your budget. Media teams that optimize once a quarter because that's all they have capacity for. Six-figure retainers to watch a deck get re-ordered.
Creatively, Lavish is the answer we'd have wanted. A small, named creative team that operates like a much bigger one — because every role is held by an AI agent built for it, supervised by a human who has run campaigns for real. Nothing hidden. Every agent is disclosed. Every output is reviewed by a human before it ships. The work is the point; the layers are gone.
We're based in Las Vegas, working with mid-market brands across tourism, home services, healthcare, and auto. If that's you, keep reading.
Meet Stacey Lavish
Stacey has spent twenty years running creative teams at places that are very hard to be creative at. Her foundation is digitally native — she started as a UX designer at About.com in the early 2000s and carried that lens through Weight Watchers (now WW), American Express, Ally Bank, and Kohler. Much of that work lived in the blend of UX/UI and marketing design, before "digital-first" was a slide in anyone's deck.
From there, she moved into the big brand work at Kohler, then Caesars Entertainment — and on through Looker (acquired by Google Cloud), Google Cloud, CreditOne Bank, and UnitedHealth Group. Finance. Fintech. Plumbing. Luxury. Data science. Cloud. Healthcare. Enterprise tech. If a category has a complicated story to tell, she has probably told it.
Her work has moved between New York, Silicon Valley, and Las Vegas — and picked up a voice along the way that's exactly what Creatively, Lavish is built on: New York taste, Strip energy.
She founded Creatively, Lavish in 2026 to build the agency she wished she could hire when she was the client. No layers. No theater. The work is the point.
